ORDERS
You will immediately receive an automated order confimation by email after completing checkout. If you do not receive this email within one hour please check your SPAM folder before contact us to confirm we received your order. You will be notified by email as your order progresses through it's stages of delivery.
SHIPMENT
All patterns are in stock and avaliable immediately (unless expressly stated otherwise).
Customers will be notified of shipment dispatch. If any order can not be filled in this time frame the customer will be advised of expected delivery time and given the option to cancel the order. While every care is taken, post is at the BUYERS RISK - goods will not be replaced if they go missing in transit.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of the products sold at NZStitchers, and copyright infringements, returns will only be excepted if NZStitchers has provided the customer with an incorrect product.
In said case, the customer must lodge a return claim within 7 days of receiving the product.
